This event is a great way to meet builders in a low-key atmosphere to see if your builder can accommodate your plans in a particular neighborhood.
It is free to the public. No registration or ticket is required.

In 2023, David’s son, Jordan Fant, a graduate of North Carolina State University, joined the building team! Jordan is the project manager and is on the job every day, along with David, Jordan grew up in the construction business and loves what he does!

The company’s founder, James Caudill, grew up around construction, working alongside his father and uncles on high-end residential developments in Wilkes County.
