This year marks the 62nd year that the Home Builders Association of Winston-Salem will hold its annual Fall Parade of Homes.
Every October, builders from Forsyth, Stokes, and surrounding counties showcase amazing homes to show off the current trends. The parade features new homes, remodeled, and new communities.

When is the Fall Parade of Homes
The Fall Parade of Homes takes place two weekends in October. October 12, 13 & 19, 20. from 1-5pm.
This event is a great way to meet builders in a low-key atmosphere to see if your builder can accommodate your plans in a particular neighborhood.
How much does it cost to attend the Parade?
It is free to the public. No registration or ticket is required.
Where can I pick up a magazine?
The magazines will be available at each house on the tour or you can pick up at the HBA of Winston-Salem office, 220 Charlois Blvd., Winston Salem, 27103.
