Parade of Homes Magazine Deadline, August 7, 2026
LATE ENTIRES (any submission after July 31, 2026) will not be included in the Parade of Homes Magazine.
- Judging will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Parade of Homes Tour Weekends – October 10-11, 17-18, 2026
- Parade of Home Breakfast, Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at our Association House

OCCUPIED HOME
Occupied Home Entries can be judged, homes will not be open to the public. Occupied Home waiver signature required by owner and builder if judged. Home must be completed between October 23, 2025 and September 30, 2026.

REMODELERS
Entries cannot be judge, and may be open for an in-house tour if applicable. Occupied Home waiver signature required by owner if available for tour.

Remodelers Entries have the option to purchase a virtual tour for an additional cost of $250

- Review Inventory, select home(s) for submission
- Complete Submission Form through Parade of Homes website to receive an Entry Packet and The Registration Link.

Judging Information & Guidelines
Judging will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Each house will be judged on its own merit and not against another builder’s home. The judges will score each house based on specific categories, which are outlined below. Scoring will take place, and each entry’s score will determine the award rewarded for the home. The highest award will be Platinum, followed by Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
- Furnishings and accessories are staged at the discretion of the builder. Furnishings are not considered in the judging process. Homes are judged based on workmanship and design.
- The minimum lawn requirements to qualify for judging are to have the lawn graded and straw put down.
- Parade homes will get one chance to be judged. Drivers cannot go back later to judge a house if for some reason it was unavailable to be judged when the judge first arrived.
