In the heart of the Triad, the two-story Nantahala plan features four bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms. Enter the two-story foyer to be greeted by a flex space with arched entry on your left. Continue through the flex space into the kitchen and eat-in that overlooks the great room. An island with overhang and cabinets provides extra sitting and storage area. The primary suite is located on the first floor and features a large walk-in closet for ample storage space. A laundry room, powder room, and coat closet complete the first floor. A loft space is located on the second floor along with three secondary bedrooms, a hall bathroom, two full baths and a linen closet.
From Greensboro, merge onto I-40 West. Keep left to stay on I-40 West. Take Exit 203 Kernersville/High Point and turn left onto NC-66 South. Follow NC-66 South, and turn right onto Watkins Ford Road. Turn right onto Watkins Landing Drive.
